What's Involved?

Whether your Therapeutic Bodywork Session is a one-time visit or part of a series, Anna will take the time to speak with you about your specific chronic and acute aches, pains and injuries and review your exercise and other activities and postural habits. She'll also offer information to you about stretches, exercises, posture, and other self-care techniques that will help to diminish pain and support your well-being.  Expect to complete a paper medical history form as part of your first session intake process.

Individual Session Rates

$100 for 30 minutes

$120 for 45 minutes

$145 for an hour

Discounted rate

Formerly designated for students and musicians. Please petition for this rate. Financial hardships qualify, including unemployed, low earning, or high medical bills.

Bodywork Session Packages
Save money and gain cumulative benefits from a series of Therapeutic Bodywork sessions. Once purchased, these packages can be used by anyone you wish.

$650 for 5 hours
$1250 for 10 hours
$1400 for 12 hours

Gift Certificates
Available in the amount of time you select at standard rates, by mail.
